VINAMINE-LAO company is established on the basis of contract between Lao PDR government and Vietnam Mineral Joint Stock Company signed on January the 30th 2008 to search and explore Lead-Zinc ore at Phiengdi commune, Sam Nua district, Hua Phan provice, Lao PDR. After the exploring and searching period, due to the inefficiency of quality and quantity, VINAMINE-LAO has fullfilled the documents to return it to Lao government. During the time of existency in Laos since 2007, Prime Minister of Lao government has issued a Complimentary Certification for the company's activities in Laos. VINAMINE-LAO is also one of top 10 FDI enterprises.
