Graduating from University, working as an accountant in for nearly 10 years, experiencing all kinds of business as State, Private and Foreign enterprises and then decided to committe with Bao An T&T, Loan is still thinking about the concept of success in accounting.
Being a good accountant is not too difficult. Professional challenges, relationship with tax, writing accounting programs, operating ... if you have passion, you can all overcome. But to turn financial insights, the things we experience into each development step of the business, to step by step help a business grow, especially with the characteristics of the Security industry, it is very few accountant has the conditions and the opportunity to do it.

The accounting industry is very dynamic and quickly changing, so the accountant who can adapt quickly will have the advantage. In addition to providing better service to customers, people who is highly adaptable will learn and thrive in their careers because they see new challenges as an opportunity to learn and use existing skills.
