Having worked for many years in key positions specialized of Security at famous corporations, with practical experiences from the work process, with constant efforts and potential enthusiasm, he found his own path, despite the challenges of the market, the strict requirements of the partners, he has opened up a new direction in the high-end security service industry in Vietnam.

The business also fell many times in crisis, but he and his associates always found a way out, paving the way to success, so that today, the premium security service market in Vietnam has a company like Bao An T&T which owns more than 30 members and hundreds of employees on missions at targets spread across the northern provinces.
With an independent, decisive, he decided not to follow the same path as many others but chose to follow the call of passion, instead of working for large corporations, he decided to create real new, different and full of energy working environment.
