Joining Bao An T&T at its starting point, recruitment is one of the top concerns of the Board of Directors when building and following a strategy of consideratio human resources being one of the most important factors, he has faced and overcome many challenges to assert his abilities in the field of recruitment.Considering recruitment is a career that he has chosen, a job which is highly competitive and binding of targets, he always needs to have the fortitude and well – adapted ability to deal with the pressure, to finish the job. With a desire to succeed, but still ensuring persistence, perseverance and the ability to deal with a crisis when things don't go according to plan, for him, there is only one way to keep going with that profession is enthusiasm.
And to him: “No one is born as a recruitment specialist. Like all other professions, if you want to stand out, the most important thing is the need to constantly improve your knowledge and practice to improve yourself ”.
