2. Joint venture of Gold production (Au) with Phuoc Thanh commercial production company in Vang mine, Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province.

3. Cooperating with Lung Lo Corporation - Ministry of Defense and ONMI Saigon System to establish GOLD METAL Company based at No. 48, Street 228, Phnompenh Capital, Cambodia. To investigate the Gems and Gold mines in PaiLinh province and Iron (Fe) mines in Stungstreng province.
