History of security companies in Vietnam & forming steps of Bao An T&T

Since 1996, after the opening reform policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the economy has gradually shifted from subsidized focus to the market economy. Parallel to the economic management shift is the birth of a multi-ingredent economy, in which the most is private companies including Vietnamese companies and foreign joint ventures companies. The manufacturing areas in turn formed in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and other provinces in the country attract domestic and foreign investors to build production and business establishments.

 

The establishment of foreign companies and private economic sectors has resulted in the need to use professional security services in Vietnam. To meet that demand, security companies in Vietnam were born. By mid-2001, the Prime Minister issued Decree No.14 on the management of operation and business of service and service. The Ministry of Public Security then issued Circular 07-2001 guiding the implementation of Decree No.14 - marking a new turning point for the security service sector in Vietnam.

 

With the characteristics of the profession, most of the people who founded or work in security service companies are those who have had a military life or have long experience in the security service profession. And perhaps, only those who can withstand a highly disciplined life and job like in the military can stick with this profession.

 

In 2017, Bao An T&T Group Co., Ltd was founded by Mr. Phung Thanh Liem, and his associates who have many years of experience in the armed forces as well as the security-bodyguard profession.

 

It can be affirmed that ensuring safety and security is one of the most important point, especially for businesses operating in the financial and business sectors. To ensure the safety of normal and stable operations, it seems that today's businesses are relying on the support of companies providing professional security services.
