On the morning of June 9, 2020, Visicons Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the term 2020 - 2025 with the participation of Shareholders and representatives of some partners of the Company such as Japan Maeda Construction Group - Strategic partner, major shareholder of VISICONS; Deloite Vietnam Auditing Company; Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Ha Tay branch; Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), Dien Bien Phu branch.

In the report of the Board of Management, Mr. Hoang Hoa Cuong - Chairman cum General Director summarized the highlights of Visicons' activities in 2019. Accordingly, although the construction market is increasingly competitive. However, with the determination and relentless efforts in the management and administration, the Company still achieved the set target with revenue of 909,259 billion VND and profit after tax of 7,942 billion VND.

The contents of the report approved by the General Meeting include: Proposal of the 2019 profit distribution plan, the Proposal for approving the plan to pay 2019 cash dividends, the Statement on the remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board in the year. 2019 and the remuneration plan for 2020 and the Statement to introduce the auditor for the fiscal year 2020.

At this shareholder meeting, Visicosn Company has elected the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025. The meeting agreed that the number of members of the Board of Directors for the term 2020-2025 is 05 members, including: Mr. Hoang Hoa Cuong, Tran Van Khanh, Mr. Toda Kojt, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan, Mr. Nguyen Phan Tuan. At the same time, the Congress also elected 03 members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025, including: Mr. Dang Thanh Huan, Mr. Tran Tuan Khanh, Mr. Nguyen Kien Trung. In which, Mr. Tran Van Khanh assumed the title of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Dang Thanh Huan held the title of Head of Supervisory Board of Visicons. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Van Khanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors shared his wish that the Board of Directors would be determined to overcome difficult obstacles, strive to organize and implement well the planned goals set by the General Assembly. Shareholders for the term 2020-2025 set out and approved at the meeting. Ensuring the goal of sustainable production and business development, ensuring the interests of shareholders and employees to step by step assert the Visicons position and brand name in the Vietnamese construction market.
